All Nations City Church (ANCC) is part of the Foursquare Church, a global Christian denomination founded in 1923 by Aimee Semple McPherson. The Foursquare Church is built on the belief that Jesus Christ fulfils a fourfold ministry: He is the Savior (Romans 10:9), the Baptizer with the Holy Spirit (Luke 3:16), the Healer (1 Peter 2:24), and the Coming King (Acts 1:11). These foundational truths shape ANCC’s mission to bring transformation through faith in Christ, the empowerment of the Holy Spirit, divine healing, and the hope of His return.
As a Christ-centered and Spirit-led church, ANCC upholds key biblical teachings, including the Trinity (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit), the authority of Scripture, and salvation by grace through faith. The church believes that while humanity was created in God’s image, sin brought separation, and restoration is only possible through Jesus’ redemptive work. A personal relationship with Christ leads to a transformed life marked by spiritual growth, holiness, and service.
ANCC actively practices water baptism and the Lord’s Supper as outward expressions of an inward faith. Evangelism, discipleship, and living a Spirit-filled life are central to its mission. Believers are encouraged to embrace the gifts and fruits of the Holy Spirit, trust in divine healing, and pursue a life of balance and moderation. The church teaches that heaven is the eternal home for those in Christ, while those who reject Him face eternal separation from God.
Committed to engaging the church and the wider community, ANCC encourages active worship, fellowship, and outreach participation. It teaches respect for civil government while prioritising God's will and promotes financial stewardship through tithes and offerings. With a heart for New Zealand and the nations, ANCC seeks to equip believers to grow in faith, share the gospel, and live in anticipation of Christ’s return.
